Where do I start?

Once you have chosen your desired style and length of video you would like, click the “Buy Now” button, as soon as this has been submitted you will receive a PayPal Invoice where you have the following options to pay.

  • PayPal
  • MasterCard
  • American Express

Once the purchase is complete you will be taken to our production page questionnaire.
Please fill this out as best you can so our production team make the process as seamless as possible.

How do you create the videos?

Once the order has been placed and our questionnaire has been completed, we will move directly through to script writing, voice-over, story board and animation. Depending on the video you choose this will take a total of 2 to 8 weeks to complete. Our expert project managers will then guide you through the entire process making it as seamless as possible.

Am I limited to one video per customer?

Definitely not. You can order multiple videos to get one longer video to suit your needs e.g With 4 x 30 Second video packages, you can produce 1 x 120 second video or 4 x 30 second videos, just let us know via the questionnaire. If you purchase any video we also offer 10% off your second video of any style or length.

What If I don’t like my video?

Once we deliver your video preview, you will have the option to make 3 rounds of animation changes as part of your package. If you are still not satisfied with the end result please let our project management team know to discuss your refund options.

How much can you fit per 30 seconds of video?

We recommend a maximum of 75 words per 30 seconds of script to ensure flawless videos. During this 30 seconds we can fit in the following.

  • Problem definition
  • Solution

Can I expand the length of the video?

If you need to make your video longer during the production process, we can expand the length and budget with your approval.
